The prices and special offers are valid only for online orders placed at the website/online store and the price at our physical stores may be different. Our website product prices are in United Arabic Dirhams (AED) inclusive of United Arab Emirates taxes only and shipping charges (Globally). The company reserves the right to modify the prices of the Products on the website/online store at any time and without notice
Your order confirmation is the acceptance of the conditions set for completion of the commercial transaction. After purchase the company will send a receipt for payment by email within 2 working days. The invoice will be issued in the name of the individual or company that places the order.
Product Availability
The selection of Products will be from available stocks as shown in our website/online store. In case of any product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable, the company will seek your permission if you are agreeable for a satisfactory alternative or a new delivery date or cancel the order if the Product cannot be delivered.
Order Confirmation, exchange, refund and cancellation
After your order confirmation, you will not be able to modify the order. However you cancel your order as long as our online store permits before it’s dispatch from our store. No refund will be made for such cancellation. You will be given an e voucher which can be used for your future purchases. The e voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Once the product is delivered, no exchange or return will be allowed. If the received Products do not correspond to your order, you can request for exchange and company will arrange to resend you new product .

Product Delivery Address
The delivery address where our courier service is available will be considered as acceptable delivery address. Delivery to our acceptable delivery address will be free of shipping charges. Orders using a PO box as the delivery address will not be an acceptable as delivery address and the order will not be processed.
Delivery Times
Deliveries will be made within the dates notified in our courier details at our website/online store. Ordered Products will be delivered during normal working hours at the address provided.
